Fundacja Rodzinna Pawlak (Pawlak Family Foundation) operates across several sectors through special-purpose companies. Their activities include renting offices, halls and yards, operating fuel stations, wholesale fuel sales and property development. Our activities also cover the automotive sector.

Our focus is on everyday business needs: workplaces, operational space, mobility and access to fuel. These needs shape our offering and our approach to development.

The property is located in the industrial and service area of Dąbie, on the right bank of Szczecin. Nearby businesses, automotive services and access to the region’s major roads make it an attractive location for companies looking for offices, halls and yards to rent in Szczecin.

Pomorska Street connects to the road network on Szczecin’s right bank, with links towards the A6 motorway, S3 expressway and national road DK10. The Szczecin Kijewo interchange connects the A6 with DK10, providing routes towards Kołbaskowo and Germany, Stargard and, via the S3, northern and southern Poland.
